The Origins of Our Kennel
From a Passion for Healthy Food

About Us
We didn’t want to take shortcuts. More than a decade ago, our founder, Robert Blecharski, observing the growing industrialization of agriculture, chemical fertilizers, and the push toward mass production, decided to go back to his roots. Having grown up in the countryside, he still remembered the taste of real food and the sight of cows grazing freely in the meadows—a scene that, in the world of modern agribusiness, seemed irretrievably lost. Instead of just watching, he decided to create a place where time seems to slow down and nature has its say once again.

Our Mission: Quality over profitability
Today, in response to the growing demand for real food, we’re sharing what we value most—beef with unique flavor and nutritional qualities.
What sets us apart?
In our approach to livestock farming, we have never been guided solely by profit. Our mission is to produce healthy beef that is free of GMOs, industrial additives, and unnecessary veterinary interventions.
Why We Chose our own farm?
Today’s market pressures often force farmers to make compromises that affect the quality of their products. We have chosen a different path. After years of searching for wholesome food—a concept that, in the face of growing demand, had increasingly become nothing more than an empty slogan—we realized that the only guarantee of quality is full control over the production process: from farm to table.
Our beginnings in Szczepanowice
Finding the right place wasn't easy. In an era of sprawling cities and dense development, we needed more than just a plot of land—we were looking for a space that would give our animals peace and keep the land clean.
After months of searching, we ended up in Szczepanowice. The hill we discovered beneath dense thickets—untouched by civilization—turned out to be a perfect find. The undulating terrain and picturesque landscape immediately made it clear to us just how ideal it was for natural pastures.
In the fall of 2018, we welcomed our first residents—seven exceptional Highland cattle. We started out modestly: with a single pasture and a small shelter. Today, this place lives by its own rhythm, constantly evolving while respecting the surrounding nature.
