  1. General Provisions
    These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for placing orders and purchasing Premium-category meat products
    offered by our company. Placing an order constitutes
    acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
  2. Placing Orders
    Orders are accepted only by phone or email.
    The customer is required to provide all information necessary to process the order
    (first name, last name, shipping address, contact phone number).
  3. Prices and Payments
    All prices listed are gross prices. Due to the nature of the products (
    , which are weighed), the final price may vary slightly depending on the actual weight
    of the product; the Customer will be informed of this before finalizing the payment.
  4. Delivery and In-Store Pickup
    There are two ways to fulfill your order:
    Delivery: Handled by specialized carriers
    that ensure proper conditions for transporting meat products. The delivery cost
    is determined on a case-by-case basis.
    In-Store Pickup: Available after scheduling an appointment at the pickup location.
  5. Right to Cancel a Contract
    In accordance with the law (Article 38(4) of the Consumer Rights Act), the right to cancel
    a distance contract does not apply to goods that spoil quickly
    or have a short shelf life (food products).

  6. Complaints If quality defects are found in a product, the customer is required to immediately contact us by phone or email at
