The decision to start his own farm in Szczepanowice was not a matter of chance, but rather Robert Blecharski’s conscious rejection of mass-produced, chemically-laden food. Observing market trends, the rapid intensification of farming, and the ubiquity of GMOs, he decided to restore the traditional values he himself had been raised with.

Our Meats

dry-aged steak

Our signature premium beef, sourced from cows fed exclusively on natural feed from our own fields, is placed in special chambers with strictly controlled temperature and humidity. There, for at least 28 days, the meat “breathes,” naturally evaporates moisture, and undergoes a spectacular transformation.

2. wet-aged steak

Our premium beef, sourced from free-range cattle, is immediately and precisely portioned after butchering and sealed in special, airtight containers that exclude oxygen. The meat is aged in its own juices for a minimum of 14 to 21 days.

Our premium roast beef is characterized by optimal, natural marbling (delicate streaks of fat). It is precisely this feature—the result of the cows grazing naturally on the wild hills—that melts away during roasting

Our premium sirloin is a cut of meat with exceptionally low levels of surface and intramuscular fat, characterized by a clean, firm texture. As a result, it slices perfectly, doesn’t tear, and retains its impeccable shape during any culinary preparation.

Our artisanal ground meat is made from carefully selected, high-quality cuts of muscle from cows raised under optimal welfare conditions. It offers the perfect, natural balance between lean protein and the essential flavor carrier.

Our premium pork loin is characterized by a beautiful, natural marbling and the healthy fat of the Polish Red breed, which is fed exclusively on pure feed from our own fields.

Our premium beef for stew is carefully selected from cuts rich in natural connective tissue and delicate marbling (such as strip loin, shoulder, and neck). Each individual piece of beef becomes exceptionally tender, soft, and juicy.
